Sabre Corporation Services
The founders of Sabre Corporation Services originally created the company to address the growing need for corporate compliance in the Tenant-in-Common industry. As the company grew and the demand for annual filing services in the niche waned with the economy, David, Ryan, and Louis looked at how big the need for LLC formation services is, and how difficult or inconvenient it can be to setup one's own limited liability company (or corporation for that matter!). Upon further research it became apparent just how important this service is and how valuable a professional outfit designed exclusively for incorporations could be to small business owners.

David Clinton III
President
David Clinton graduated from Biola University with a degree in Business. During his time as an undergraduate, he began working as a REALTOR® for Coldwell Banker. Shortly afterward, David was recruited for the position of Transaction Coordinator by JRW Investments, Inc. Throughout his tenure at JRW, David saw first-hand how problems develop for individuals who know little about the paperwork requirements for their LLC's. This experience ultimately inspired David to found Sabre Corporation Services. David's unique obsession with efficiency produces the mechanisms that allow Sabre to introduce novel utility and convenience to fellow entrepreneurs. |
Louis Swingrover
Chief Executive Officer 
Louis majored in intercultural studies at Biola University in La Mirada, CA, during which time he also began working for JRW Investments, Inc., a former OSJ branch of OMNI Brokerage, Inc. While working in the back offices of JRW, he became exposed to the ins and outs of the corporate compliance aspects of the Tenant-in-Common industry. Seven years later, he now focuses on Sabre, the new, convenient LLC compliance solution he helped engineer. Louis loves solving problems with solutions designed to last a long time and handle scale. |

Ryan Thomas
Chief Financial Officer
Ryan Thomas came to Sabre Corporation Services in 2005 with five years of experience between CPA and Tenant-in-Common firms. Having dealt closely with detailed reporting requirements and navigating the complexities of securitized real estate investments, he is especially well-equipped to manage LLC and other corporate compliance issues for small businesses. Mr. Thomas currently oversees the daily finances, accounting, and operations at Sabre's headquarters in Orange, CA. Mr. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Azusa Pacific University. |
Paul Teves
Account Executive
As an Account Executive, Paul is responsible for processing service requests to keep clients' entities compliant, and for explaining LLC requirements to new startups, real estate Sponsors, investors, and everyone else whose corporate compliance needs range from simple to complex. |
