With so many massive tech companies in California, launching an LLC can be particularly intimidating. But the right sales forces can be the crucial ingredient in getting your LLC off the ground. The sales team is the front line of your business; you should never compromise for anything but the best the industry has to offer.

Of course, finding the right sales person is easier said than done. But merely getting the word out that you are in the market will do wonders. If you are serious about your hiring practices, your potential employees will be, too. Tell family, friends, partners and especially clients.

“There could be someone good (clients) know of who's just burned out on the product line they currently represent and need a change,” writes Tom Hopkins in Entrepreneur magazine. “This is an especially wise method for finding good help because your suppliers won't recommend a dud. Their reputation with you would be ruined and they might lose your business.”

According to Entrepreneur magazine, the majority of small businesses go under within the first five years precisely because of weak sales. This is no time to nonchalantly restructure the sales team. Be brisk and uncompromising in building your sales dream team.
