Entrepreneurs should exude an aura of confidence when creating a California LLC so that new employees share the passion that can make a small businesses successful.
New employees look to a boss for the lead, and a calm, confident executive instills the same persona in his or her employees, writes Rajiv Dingra in the Wall Street Journal.
"The challenge in being an entrepreneur is that your limitations, mistakes and bloopers may seem magnified to the people in your company," Dingra writes. "Often as an early entrepreneur you are pushing the boundaries of what''s possible and failing more often than succeeding."
Dingra says that the chief executive''s feelings of disappointment can spread through the office, leading to widespread antipathy and even discontent.
Instead, entrepreneurs need to put out the appearance of being calm and collected at all times, creating an authoritative aura around them. Dingra recommends a level of management between the entrepreneur and the employees that separates - but does not isolate.
Entrepreneur magazine notes that a positive, confident attitude is something that many entrepreneurs have in common with one of the world''s greatest minds. Albert Einstein once said, "Weakness of attitude becomes weakness of character."
